Baoquan Ding is a principal investigator in the National Center for Nano Science and Technology of China (NCNST). He received his Ph.D. in 2006 from the Department of Chemistry, New York University under the supervision of Professor Nadrian Seeman. After the Ph.D., he joined Molecular Foundry, Lawrence Berkeley National Lab as a post-doctoral research fellow and worked with Professor Jeffrey Bokor in the nanofabrication facility. Then he became a research assistant professor at Biodesign Institute, Arizona State University and worked with Professor Hao Yan from Oct. 2009. His research interests focused on nanostructures and devices fabrication with self-assembled biomaterials and nanoparticles and development of the applications in wide areas such as chemical or biosensor, drug delivery, nanophotonics, and nanoelectronics. He joined NCNST in Nov. 2010.

Qiao Jiang graduated at Xi’an Jiaotong University with a bachelor degree in 2007 and with a master degree in 2009. She performed her PhD in DNA nanostructure-based drug delivery under the supervision of Professor Baoquan Ding, National Center for Nanoscience and Technology. Following a period as a post-doctoral research fellow in the laboratories at Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, she joined National Center for Nanoscience and Technology as an assistant professor in 2016.She became an associate professor in NCNST in 2018 and a professor in 2019. Her interests include functional DNA nanostructures and drug delivery.
